This privacy policy applies specifically to AllPaid.

Overview

AllPaid is designed to help you manage bills and subscriptions calmly, without stress or clutter. Privacy is a core part of the app’s design. This policy explains what information AllPaid processes, how it is used, and the choices you have.

Data Collection

AllPaid processes the information you choose to enter into the app, such as bill names, amounts, due dates, recurrence settings, reminder preferences, and optional notes. If you enable App Lock, biometric authentication (such as Face ID or Touch ID) is handled entirely by your device. AllPaid does not collect data for advertising purposes.

Data Storage & Processing

By default, all data is stored locally on your device. If you enable iCloud sync (where available), your data is securely stored in your personal iCloud account and synced across your devices using Apple’s infrastructure. AllPaid does not operate external servers to store your personal financial or billing data.

Third-Party Services

AllPaid does not use third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services. Apple may process limited data as part of services you choose to use, such as local notifications, in-app purchases, iCloud sync, or device-level security features.

Health & Sensitive Data

AllPaid does not access bank accounts, payment cards, or financial institution data. The app only stores the bill information you manually enter. AllPaid does not sell, share, or transmit your billing data to third-party marketing or analytics services.

Children’s Privacy

AllPaid is not directed at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page, and the “Last updated” date will be revised accordingly.
