Privacy Policy

This privacy policy applies specifically to Mockly.

Overview

Mockly is a macOS app designed to help developers and designers create App Store screenshots quickly and accurately. Privacy is a core part of the app’s design. This policy explains what information Mockly processes, how it is used, and the choices you have.

Data Collection

Mockly processes only the information you choose to provide, such as images, screenshots, text, layouts, and project files created or imported by you inside the app. Mockly does not collect personal information, usage analytics, or behavioral data for advertising or profiling purposes.

Data Storage & Processing

All projects, images, and layouts are stored locally on your Mac. Mockly does not upload your data to external servers. If you choose to store files in iCloud Drive or other cloud storage, this is handled entirely by Apple or your chosen storage provider.

Third-Party Services

Mockly does not use third-party analytics, advertising SDKs, or tracking services. Apple may process limited data as part of system services you choose to use, such as in-app purchases (StoreKit) or App Store downloads. Mockly does not receive access to your payment details.

Health & Sensitive Data

Mockly does not collect or process sensitive personal data such as health information, location data, contacts, or identifiers. All content created in the app remains under your control and is not shared with third parties.

Children’s Privacy

Mockly is not directed at children under the age of 13. The app does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
