This privacy policy applies specifically to Zen 2048.
Overview
Zen 2048 is a calm, ad-free 2048 puzzle designed to respect your attention and your privacy. Privacy isn't a setting bolted on afterwards — it's how the app is built. This policy explains what information Zen 2048 processes, how it is used, and the choices you have.
Data Collection
Zen 2048 does not collect personal data, and contains no advertising and no third-party tracking or analytics SDKs. Its App Store privacy manifest declares no collected data types. The app stores your gameplay locally on your device — scores, best tile, streaks, daily-challenge completion, and theme selections. If you choose to enable Game Center, Apple may process gameplay data such as achievements and progress under Apple's own privacy policy. Zen 2048 does not collect any data for advertising purposes, because it shows no advertising at all.
Data Storage & Processing
By default, all gameplay data is stored locally on your device using standard iOS storage. Zen 2048 does not operate its own servers and does not upload your scores, progress, or theme purchases to us. If optional iCloud sync is added in a future update, it will be opt-in and will use your own personal iCloud account through Apple's infrastructure — never a Lagerland server.
Third-Party Services
Zen 2048 does not use third-party analytics, advertising, attribution, or tracking services of any kind. Apple may process limited data as part of services you choose to use — Game Center, in-app purchases, and (if added in future) iCloud — under Apple's own terms and privacy policy. In-app purchases for theme packs and undo tokens are processed entirely by Apple; Zen 2048 never sees your payment details.
Health & Sensitive Data
Zen 2048 does not collect health data, location data, contacts, photos, microphone or camera input, or any other sensitive personal information. It asks for no permissions to play.
Children’s Privacy
Zen 2048 is not directed at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Because the app collects no personal information from anyone, this is true for players of every age.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page, and the "Last updated" date will be revised accordingly.
